  • On Site Paralegal to deal with Tenant /Landlord matters
  • Provide easy payment system for the tenants (Cheque, e-transfer, pre-authorized payment, Interac)
  • Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints.
  • Prepare tenant notices; rent increases in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Continuous property inspections and providing quotes for predetermined repairs as required and negotiating fair pricing with our preferred vendors
  • Provide monthly cash positions to meet our client’s needs
  • 24 Hour Maintenance Services
